For me, this painting is the ultimate passage of life where mystery, elegance and the light to the unknown come together. It is a stepping stone for the moments that matter most in a woman's life. The imagery is influenced from a book on Romanian costumes and ornaments.The embroidery surrounding the figure is taken from a museum exhibit which completes the woman's grace.
