Frogs, like butterflies, undergo an astonishing transformation, perhaps the most striking of all. Here, the background is turbulent with bloodshed pouring-like rain yet the frog seems confident to take the decisive leap forward amidst the turmoil. This holds true for man, ready to face his destiny. As I worry about the war in Ukraine, I felt the urge to symbolically use the frog as a metaphor of the soldier on the front line of war.
