Here, I explore imagined memories, where disparate geographical and cultural elements merge into an otherworldly atmosphere. My inspiration comes from the rugged beauty of a Skye blackhouse in winter, contrasted with the whimsical flight of sheepskin leather shoes.
A resilient Scottish sheep breed finds its place alongside fir trees from Mount Ainos in Kefalonia. A contemplative Scotsman anchors this tapestry.

Through highly textured, impasto media, the paintings evoke the raw nature of the subjects. Swirling forms and a vibrant, earthy palette contribute to a dreamlike quality, inviting viewers to explore the interconnectedness of these seemingly unrelated elements in an otherworldly composition.
